Accommodations

The American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery (ABOS) provides reasonable examination accommodations to individuals who meet certain requirements. All requests for accommodations will be considered on a case-by-case basis after the submission of required documentation. Any questions about accommodations should be addressed to Kristin Caba.

  • Those who need examination accommodations per ADA should review this form carefully and complete the entire document.
  • Breastfeeding mothers who need time to pump may request it by completing this form. The ABOS provides an option for breastfeeding mothers to take the ABOS Part I Examination over a two-day period with additional break time each day to allow for pumping.
  • Others who need examination accommodations should contact Kristin Caba.
